Natural Choices Listing Agreement

Registering and publishing your listings on the Natural Choices.com website constitutes your agreement to be bound by the Terms and Conditions set forth in this Agreement. Natural Choices reserves the right to withdraw listing privileges from any Site Member/Supporter that does not abide by this Agreement.

Registration

In registering, you agree to provide Natural Choices with complete and accurate information (and to update that information as needed to keep it current). Each registration involves a single administrative contact and single e-mail address: the password that Natural Choices issues is for that contact only.

The Site Member/Supporter shall not share or forward to other parties the password issued. Site Member/Supporters are responsible for any abuse or misuse of the listing privileges they are granted. If you believe that unauthorized use of your password has occurred, you are responsible for notifying Natural Choices and obtaining a new registration and password.

Content

All programs, events and activities listed on the Natural Choices site must occur within Maine and have a clear and evident connection to the natural world.

It is your sole responsibility, as Site Member/Supporter, to ensure that the listings you post are accurate and comply with applicable laws. You should post listings that are clearly written, carefully proofed and rely on standard English (no jargon or language that could be construed as offensive). Natural Choices is not responsible for errors or omissions in your listings.

The Site Member/Supporter may not include in text or images submitted to the Natural Choices.com site any material that violates intentionally or unintentionally federal or state laws or regulations.

No listing may contain language or imagery that are defamatory, libelous, pornographic, obscene, invasive of privacy, or criminal in nature. Natural Choices may delete any listing at any time that it deems objectionable or in violation of this Agreement without permission from the Site Member/Supporter.

The Site Member/Supporter is responsible for ensuring that no listing text or images infringe on the copyright, trademark or other intellectual property rights of a third party.

As a Site Member/Supporter, you are not responsible for the Natural Choices site content beyond your own listings. Listing your content on Natural Choices.com should not be construed as endorsing, recommending or approving any other site content. In accepting your listing, Natural Choices is not endorsing or recommending your business or organization or the content in its listing and site links.

The Site Member/Supporter agrees that all events, programs and activities submitted for listing on Natural Choices.com will abide by the site’s Code of Ethics. Natural Choices reserves the right to withdraw listings and listing privileges for any Site Member/Supporter if Natural Choices determines in its absolute discretion that the Member or Supporter is not adhering to the spirit or letter of the terms of the Code.

Logo Link to Natural Choices

The Site Member/Supporter agrees to include on its own website a logo link for the Natural Choices website (which will come via e-mail following registration).

Indemnification

As Site Member/Supporter, you agree to indemnify, defend and find harmless Natural Choices, LLC and its employees and affiliates from and against all losses, damages, and costs, including reasonable attorneys’ fees that might result from a violation of this agreement or a program, activity or event that you list on the site.
